Nurturing the Soul

This is the quiet space within the Holy Ground Collective—where we offer spiritual direction, formation, and soul care. Grounded in contemplative presence and shaped by seasons of growth, this branch is for those longing to listen more deeply to the movements of the Spirit. Through one-on-one direction, retreats, and shared spiritual practices, we create space for the sacred work of becoming—together.

    spiritual formation

Through resources, liturgies, and workshops aligned with the rhythms of the liturgical year, we offer tools for deepening your spiritual life. These practices are rooted in the Christian tradition but open-hearted enough to nourish seekers from many paths. Online workshops are offered seasonally and are shaped by themes of the Spirit, the body, and the land.

    spiritual direction

Spiritual direction is a sacred space for listening—to your soul, to God, and to the deeper movements in your life. Through one-on-one sessions, we companion you with attentiveness and compassion, helping you notice how the sacred shows up in your ordinary days. These sessions are open to people of all backgrounds and traditions. We ask for a minimum donation of $20 to support the sustainability of this offering.

    spiritual retreat

Twice a year, we invite you to join us in person for seasonal retreats across the United States. These gatherings are designed to help you slow down, reconnect with the sacred, and deepen your spiritual journey in community. Each retreat is crafted around the themes of rest, renewal, and embodied spirituality—offering space to reflect, create, and simply be.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What is spiritual direction, and who is it for?

Spiritual direction is a practice of deep listening where we explore how the sacred is moving in your life. It’s for anyone seeking clarity, connection, or a sense of grounding—no matter your background or spiritual tradition.

Do I have to be Christian to participate?

Not at all. While we come from the Christian tradition, our approach is inclusive, spacious, and focused on meeting each person where they are.

When and where are the retreats?

We host retreats twice a year, each aligned with a seasonal shift (Spring and Fall). Locations vary across the U.S. to reflect different ecosystems and communities. Details are announced several months in advance.

How much does spiritual direction cost?

We ask for a minimum donation of $20 per session. If you’re able to give more, it helps sustain this work and support others who may need reduced-cost sessions.

What happens in a spiritual direction session?

A session is a quiet, reflective space guided by your own questions and experiences. You’ll be gently accompanied by a trained spiritual director who listens deeply and invites reflection—not advice or answers.

What kinds of resources will be shared for spiritual formation?

Each season, we’ll offer liturgical resources, prayers, reflections, and embodied practices that help deepen your spiritual rhythm throughout the year.

How do I sign up for workshops or direction?

We’ll post registration links for upcoming workshops and available direction sessions on our website. You can also subscribe to our newsletter for early access and seasonal updates.
